Welcome to Von Base Enterprises LLC (VBE). By using our services, website (vonbase.com), QR Capture (qrcapture.app), or AI Phone Assistant, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

VBE provides: QR Capture — a review management and customer feedback platform for businesses; AI Phone Assistant — an AI-powered voice assistant for business communications; Drone and aerial services for commercial applications; and related consulting and training services.

Account Registration

You may create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Billing and Payments

Paid services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Communications Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us including: phone calls from our AI assistant, SMS text messages related to your account and requested information, and emails regarding your service, billing, and important updates. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking unsubscribe. Service-related communications (billing alerts, security notices) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Call Recording

Calls with our AI assistant may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement. You will be informed at the start of each call. By continuing the call after this notice, you consent to recording.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, use our services for illegal purposes, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

VBE provides services as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
