Von Base Enterprises LLC (VBE, we, us, or our) operates vonbase.com and related services including QR Capture and AI Phone Assistant. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We also collect call recordings and transcripts when you interact with our AI assistant (with your verbal consent at the start of each call). We automatically collect device information, IP address, and usage data when you visit our website.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide, operate, and improve our services; communicate with you via phone, SMS, and email about your account or services you requested; process payments and billing; send service-related notifications and confirmations; analyze usage patterns to improve our products; and comply with legal obligations.

SMS and Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and verbally consenting during a call with our AI assistant, or by texting our business number, you agree to receive text messages from Von Base Enterprises. Messages may include: account setup confirmations, dashboard and login links, appointment confirmations, follow-up information you requested, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We will not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business: Twilio (calls and SMS), SendGrid (email delivery), Vapi (AI voice services), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), and Google (calendar and workspace). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@vonbase.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know what data is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data).
